We are very pleased to welcome psychiatrist Alpna Agrawal, MD, PhD, MPH, Founder and President of Face Together Wellness, to lead an insightful discussion about the unfortunate reality of workplace trauma and its effects on women surgeons. Dr. Agrawal will shed light on the contributors to workplace trauma, including stress, discrimination, harassment, and burnout.

Dr. Agrawal will draw from her extensive expertise to provide practical insights and strategies for coping with and healing from workplace trauma.

Alpna Agrawal, MD, PhD, MPH, is the Founder and President of Face Together Wellness, a mental health practice committed to helping individuals enjoy meaningful lives. She is trained in psychiatry and public health.

Dr. Agrawal works at the intersection of mental health and social determinants of health, occupational health, sexual health, reproductive health, and multiple chronic conditions. Face Together Wellness was created to provide high quality treatment for DSM-related diagnoses and promote mental well-being holistically.
